28. Free Trial

Upon new account creation, customers have the option to subscribe with a 7-day free trial. During the free trial period, you will have access to all features included in the selected plan without being charged. At the end of the 7-day trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period expires.

By starting your free trial, you authorise Undercom to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees once the trial period concludes. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged, and your access to the services will terminate at the end of the trial period.
